Directions for use:
Apply BEFORE physical activity to the skin and/or clothing. Suitable for use under cycling, running, and riding gear, as well as with hiking, running, and ski socks. Massage a 2–3 finger-width amount gently into the skin and allow it to absorb. Wash hands after use.
