KT Tape Flex

The KT Flex^® from KT Tape is specially engineered to provide more effective, comfortable support for weak or injured knees*. Made with patented technology, KT Flex^® is for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone recovering from an injury who want extra support for the knee without the bulk and restriction of a stabilizing sleeve.  When you need flexible support that won’t hold you back, KT Flex is for you.

The included quick start guide shows how to apply KT Flex^® in the recommended way to promote support and stability in the knees*. Use the 2 strip application system to apply one FREEFLEX^™ reinforced strip along the outside of the knee joint (lateral side) and the other reinforced strip without FREEFLEX^™ along the inside of the knee joint (medial side). The package includes 8 precut strips to equal four knee applications.
